How do i TOTALLY clear a computer?

Okay, we have a laptop, and my friend got onto some porn last week, and now were sending the laptop to one of my parents friends to have it maintainenced, well i need to know how to make this stuff not show up because im afraid hes going to find it. I already cleared history, but is there any way that he can do something to bring that stuff up now? if so what do i do?How do i TOTALLY clear a computer?
If he's an internet explorer user, Tools -%26gt; Internet Options -%26gt; Temporary Internet Files, and delete cookies and files. This gets rid of the most visible stuff, but will not evade a deliberate search.





I don't know your friend's situation, but if your parents' friend finds traces of porn on the computer, it may not be that tragic. Someone experienced with servicing computers has seen it all.How do i TOTALLY clear a computer?
