How do you clear the history of sites visited on your computer?

In case the boss is watching... is there a way to do it other than going to options, delete files and offline content? Does that get rid of everything?How do you clear the history of sites visited on your computer?
Okay here is the full cleaning package haha. First open your internet Explorer. Next go to Tools then Internet Options. Once you are there you can Delete Cookies, Delete Files, and Clear History. Everything is disapeared now. If you want your computer to be refreshed and have no traces left behind also, just go to Start then All Programs then Accessories then Disk Cleanup. if you are using firefox then just go hit the keys control+shift+delete. if you are using internet explorer then go to the history (control+H) and delete the folders for that day you don't want any one to know about.
To be sure, you might also right click on the internet icon, go to ''properties'', ''advanced''and choose ''Empty temporary internet folders when browser is closed''.
i suggest don't surf the net in office cause some companies do install programmes to track the actitivties of you using the computer and the websites you had visited. It's very easy to identify the person using the computer and the time and duration they used.Your boss could have asked the IT guy for a list of '; What Have My Staff Did In Their Computer';

on ut desktop, right click on the icon of internetexplorer and then clik on properties and then in the general section, there would be written historyand then click on clear history.
