Go to Control Panel - Add and Remove Programs and remove any programs that you don't need. As far as files, just go to where the files are stored and delete them. Just make sure you're not deleting something that you need to run a program. Make sure that everything is still working properly before emptying your recycle bin.Is thar sum way 2 permanently delete files and programs off my computer to clear up some space?
