Is there a reason a software program will be crisp and clear on one computer and fuzzy on another?

Yes, there are about a hundred different reasons.

What program? What are the approximate ages of both of the systems? What kind of monitors are you using on both systems? Is there a reason a software program will be crisp and clear on one computer and fuzzy on another?
This can be caused by alot of things but 2 that would come to mind right away is that your monitor on one computer is better than the other considerably.

Second graphic cards installed in computers play a huge role in how graphics are displayed, especially in video games, but it is not un-heard of that programs will not act differently.

If both computers are identical spec wise, try swapping out the other monitor and see if it is after all the monitor. Some other small things you could do is check your monitor display settings and if it is a laptop, some laptops have set images to dithering and need to be turned off/on.

There can be many other possible things but these are what comes to mind.

Good luckIs there a reason a software program will be crisp and clear on one computer and fuzzy on another?
MIGHT NEED CALIBRATION SOFTWARE OR A BAD MONITOR... NOT REALLY SURE
