Bring what back? If you are talking about your programs, you reformatted the HDD making it a blank canvas with only the OEM software installed. Reinstall/download everything is your only hope if you didn't have a backup.
you cant bring them back since you wipe your data and current settings in your hardware. the remedy is that you should always put a back up files before you take a reformat in your system
