Grab a device (portable hard drive/usb stick) big enough to keep what you want, and put it on there, then find your windows disc and reinstall windows on top - then put all your stuff you want back on from your portable hard drive or USB stick. If you want to destroy the data completely - format your computer using http://www.dban.org/ 's tools.
