jenny... i too had the same problem... there is no such option in internet explorer.... follow this idea... use another internet navigator such as opera,mozilla firefox to view ur desired sites....others may use the internet explorer.....
whoah there!

first, go into the history, select each site individually, and delete it. Then check and see if cookies are on. if on, delete them. if off, then dont worry. Then check the address bar history (sites you have manually entered in the past). delete any ones there too. Then check to your recycling bin to make sure they are gone. Ta-da!
Your history is kept in a file called ';history.txt'; or ';history.htm';

You can edit that documet any way you like using word or notepad.
goto history, and just right click delete on the certain website.
This is how to get to your history...

You just look at the top of your screen where the file, edit,view,etc. tabs are and click view- then explorer bar-then history. Just choose what you want to delete. Hope it works out for ya!
on ie, go on the history button on the toolbar and it then should appear on the left. right click on the one you want to get rid of

and hey presto
