Hello, Well if its a program you need to pretty much wipe your web history and such, I highly recommend CCleaner.
I myself use it and it erases a lot of unneeded files that you definitely don't use or need. It erases the following things:
Internet Explorer
Temporary files, URL history, cookies, Autocomplete form history, index.dat.
Firefox
Temporary files, URL history, cookies, download history.
Opera
Temporary files, URL history, cookies.
Windows
Recycle Bin, Recent Documents, Temporary files and Log files.
Registry cleaner
Advanced features to remove unused and old entries, including File Extensions, ActiveX Controls, ClassIDs, ProgIDs, Uninstallers, Shared DLLs, Fonts, Help Files, Application Paths, Icons, Invalid Shortcuts and more... also comes with a comprehensive backup feature.
Third-party applications
Removes temp files and recent file lists (MRUs) from many apps including Media Player, eMule, Kazaa, Google Toolbar, Netscape, MS Office, Nero, Adobe Acrobat, WinRAR, WinAce, WinZip and many more...
Also the wonderful thing about it is that its absolutely free and it has over 110 million downloads.

Now about the e-mail monitoring, I'm really not that sure so your gonna have to wait for someone else to answer that. Sorry =P
Good Luck, AlenHow can I clear computer after I visited a web site? How can I find out if some one monitor my e-mails send?
quit looking at porn at work and you won't have to worry about these things.
go into tools(on top of internet screen) internet options and than delete browsing history... the only way that someone was monitoring your emails would be if they downloaded software to watch all the websites and passwords you put in... in that case you would probably see a suspicious program name on your computer... go into your control panel than go to programs and just look at them and see if there is a suspicious one... or change your password on your email.. just in case... good luck!
