If you want more RAM memory where all the computer applications (programs) run then
Right click on my computer icon on your desktop then go to advanced option then you will find settings option below performance option. click on it. then again you will find an option advanced then click on it then you will see an option Virtual memory . click on change option. then custom size(give according to max. size mentioned there). the more the size will be the more good performance of your computer will be. then set. and then click ok then again ok and then again ok.
Please clear up your question. I can't quite understand it. Memory are automatically cleared once you exit a program or you turn off your computer. If what you mean is clearing your hard disk so that it will have ample reserve, then go to control panel, then add/remove programs then uninstall or remove any program you are not using.

Delete any files from My Documents that you dont need.
If you have photos/movies/music, burn them to CD/DVD and then delete them from the hard drive.
Run the drive cleaner installed with Windows to remove old files.

Advanced WindowsCare V2 from iobit. It's pretty good at keeping your machine running smoothly.
You can delete anything which has been store from a application but don't delete anything which has to do with systems
CCLEANER.COM
Its cleans your internet caches.
Takes a lot of space up actually if your settings are high.
I suggest removing any images you don't need.
Large un-used programs. XP %26amp; Vista can actually tell you how much you use programs.
you mean hard drive or RAM/ROM? Ram dont run as many programs at once, including at boot up. HD delete some older unused files.
