put in the system disk that came with your pc, or your operating system disk then reboot the pc, it will automatically load and give you the option to recover (deletes all the old stuff) or repair. choose recover and follow the instructions.
You must first make a Boot disk or CD to Boot. From here you must low level format, ( probably done via cd now). Make sure you do not do a repair, you must do the full install. This process will take about an hour and a half.
