I need to clear the hard drive on an eMac. Is there software that can let me do that?How do I clear my computer's hard drive?

To really get rid of everything perform a ';Low Level Format'; you can easily find a tool for it free I am sure on some place like download.com. It really does get pretty much everything, On-Track isn't even getting data back on that.

If you mean format use a program called perfect disc it also does other stuff
i have a Windows but they way i do it is get the Operating system cd, put it in, restart computer and follow instructions on screen
Just type it in Google and say: Free harddrive cleaner for eMac and it will give you a list of free cleaners you can download. YOu choose which which you want.
go to the search field and type in ';recovery';


click any option that is close to system recovery or something and follow its directions
